Insurance/Payment

We accept the following insurance plans and bill them electronically:

Blue Cross Blue Shield (and subsidiaries)

This includes Clemson student health insurance

Tricare

Private pay clients.

Superbills available for out of network clients

Please determine through your insurance website that Dr. Ruth is in network if you plan on utilizing insurance.

Materials you will need to bring to the initial appointment:

Completed intake paperwork (see Forms page)

Your insurance card (if applicable).

Form of payment

The therapist may request further information from the legal custodial guardian if the client is under the age of 18 and legally considered a minor.
